We make worldwide delivery! We ship from USA and Germany.
USPS Mail (2-5 business days) or USPS Priority Mail (1-2 business days)
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email and a tracking number to follow your pack. In order to follow your pack use usps.com tracking system.

All our swimsuits ship from Berlin, Germany.
My pack was not picked up in time and was sent back to your wear house. Do I get a full refund?
If you did not pick up your pack in time and the post office sent it back to our wear house, you will receive a full refund of your merchandise, but you will not get a refund of the shipping costs.
What if I put the incorrect shipping address?
If you put the wrong shipping address you need to email us within 30 minutes of purchase following the instructions on your order confirmation. We cannot 100% guarantee the changes to go through.
We are unable to give refunds on orders where incorrect addresses have been given.
• Merchandise must be returned within 10 days.
• Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
• Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
• Merchandise returned without the original pack, may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund.
Please make sure that swimwear is tried on over your own underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns of items where it's obvious that this hasn't been done.
• Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
• Any orders with a discount greater or equal to 10% are considered FINAL SALE, and cannot be returned or exchanged, including promotional codes and incentives used on full priced items.

3. Ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method. Mamagama cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Please keep the tracking details for your records.
4. You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 5 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.
Refunds and processing time
If your package arrives at Mamagama within the 30-day timeline specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place. NOTE: Your bank may need extra time to process a refund after receiving the information from Mamagama.
In order to serve you most efficiently, we do not offer merchandise exchanges. Instead, you"ll get the right size or color fastest if you simply place a second order. Once we receive your return, we"ll credit your account.
