If you want to track your order, please use the tracking number given to you in the shipping confirmation email.
For orders within the Unites States, please check your tracking number with USPS tracking system here: USPS TRACKING
For Europe and the rest of the world, you can use aftership.com to track your order by introducing your tracking number in the system.
Please allow few days after the order was placed until you check your status with USPS - it takes a bit of time for the order to appear in the system.
My order should be here but it's not, what do i do?
1. First check the status of your order by using the tracking number you were provided with in your shipping confirmation email. You can use this website to track any orders in the world: aftership.com. If you are from the United States, you can also use the USPS tracking system here.
2. If the tracking number cannot find the exact location of your pack and your pack is delayed, please contact your local post office as a second step. Please provide your local post office with your tracking number and check if they have your pack. It happens that the post office forgets to leave a pick-up notice at your door, so you need to be alert and contact them in time. If not picked up (they usually keep the pack for about 9 days), the pack returns to our wear house.
3. If your local post office cannot find the pack, please write us here. Please provide us with your shipping confirmation email and we will help you look for your pack. Please keep in mind that we have many emails coming every day, so you need to wait for our reply for about 48h. We are trying to do our best to reply as soon as possible.
My pack was lost. How do I get a refund?
After you made sure you checked all the options at the point above, please write us an email by providing us with a copy of your shipping confirmation email or order confirmation email. A pack is declared lost after a period of 2 weeks. If the pack is lost in the mail, we will make the refund of your merchandise in 3 days. Please note we cannot refund the shipping costs.
My pack was not picked up in time and was sent back to your wear house. Do I get a full refund?
If you did not pick up your pack in time and the post office sent it back to our wear house, you will receive a full refund of your merchandise, but you will not get a refund of the shipping costs.
What if I put the incorrect shipping address?
If you put the wrong shipping address you need to email us within 30 minutes of purchase following the instructions on your order confirmation. We cannot 100% guarantee the changes to go through.
We are unable to give refunds on orders where incorrect addresses have been given.
What happens if I want to cancel my order for a refund?
If you request a cancelation after the pack was shipped, you will get the refund for the items, but you will not receive the shipping costs refunds.
Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?
What if nobody is in when my order is being delivered?
Our courier will leave a notice if nobody is at home to receive the order. Please contact your local post office once you received the notice. Our delivery may try to deliver your item up to 2 times, if nobody is in then it may be returned to our warehouse and you will be charged for the delivery of this.
Can I use a forwarding shipping company (eg. Aramex)?
