WAITLIST AND PRE-ORDER ITEMS
To ensure high quality goods, we produce our products in small batches. As a result, there may be times items are out-of-stock or available for pre-order.
For out-of-stock items you can sign up for our product waitlist and we’ll notify you by email when it becomes available for purchase. For pre-orders, you can place an order right this very moment, and we’ll endeavor to ship it right to your door by the estimated ship date on the product page.
Note, for our domestic customers all in-stock products ship in 1-3 business days, and pre-order products ship separately when the product is available, at no additional cost. Orders to Canada, Australia and Europe ship when all items are in stock. If you are an International shopper and want to receive your in-stock items before the pre-ordered items, we recommend placing a separate order.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
We do our best to ship out orders very fast. As a result, once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations. If you’d like to change or cancel your order, please email us immediately at info@mamagamaworld.com
If you request a cancelation after the pack was shipped, you will get the refund for the items, but you will not receive the shipping costs refunds.
SHIPPING
We ship everywhere in the world from Los Angeles, California.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
For domestic orders, we offer free shipping on all orders over $100. Up up and away! If your order is under $100, we offer flat-rate standard shipping.
We also offer flat-rate Priority Shipping via USPS Priority Mail. Please note, expedited shipping does not include the option of Saturday delivery.
Domestic orders typically arrive within 2-5 days once shipped. Please note that if you select 'Priority' shipping at checkout that this relates to the shipping time and not the processing time. While we do our best to get our orders out as soon as possible, we quote a 2-3 day processing time. During busy times of the year (Holidays, Mother's Day, etc), our processing times are on the latter end of this timeframe.
ORDER TRACKING
If you want to track your order, please use the tracking number given to you in the shipping confirmation email. For domestic shipping, please check your tracking number with USPS tracking system here: USPS TRACKING
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We also ship internationally, to everywhere in the world. For Canada, Australia and Europe we offer flat-rate International Shipping via First Class International Mail with tracking number. Shipping times vary depending on location, time of year and local postal service. On average, packages should arrive in 1-5 weeks.
We also offer UPS 2nd Day delivery for International orders going to Canada, Australia and Europe.
INTERNATIONAL ORDER TRACKING
While in US, the pack can be tracked using the USPS tracking system. Once the pack arrives in the country of destination, it is introduced in the local postal office system and this is where it can be tracked. Example: Canadian Post tracking system for Canada, Australian Post tracking system for Australia, Deutsche Post tracking system for Germany and so on.
International packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are calculated by country. The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees. International packages may be delayed by customs; unfortunately Mamagama has no control over this.
WHAT ARE THESE CUSTOMS FEES?
International packages may be subject to additional customs, duties, taxes or other fees. It’s a bummer, but we don’t have control over these fees and cannot not be held responsible for them. We’re also law abiding citizens and thus can’t mark orders as gifts or undervalue them for you even if you use the gift note at checkout. Please also be aware that international packages may be delayed due to customs or require pre-payment in order to release the goods.
We cannot accept responsibility for packages that appear, through tracking, to have been delivered but are presumably stolen from mailboxes or doorsteps.
Please make sure the address you provide us with is correct. We cannot replace merchandise that was shipped to the wrong address if the address provided to us is no longer your address.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
PACKAGES NOT PICKED UP
If you did not pick up your pack in time and the post office sent it back to our wear house, you will receive a full refund of your merchandise, but you will not get a refund of the shipping costs.
WHAT IF I PUT AN INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS?
If you put the wrong shipping address you need to email us within 30 minutes of purchase following the instructions on your order confirmation. We cannot 100% guarantee the changes to go through.
We are unable to give refunds on orders where incorrect addresses have been given.
DO YOU COVER RETURN SHIPPING?
We're unable to provide pre-paid return labels. You'll be responsible for shipping the package back to us with the courier of your choice. Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable through Mamagama. These funds may be recoverable by contacting your local customs office directly.
RETURNS
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items within 14 days of the original purchase date for a refund.
All items must be returned in the original condition and packaging they were sent with the tags attached. Please make sure to include the original invoice with your return. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way.
Due to hygienic reasons the underwear and swimwear are ineligible for refund.
We are not responsible for customer returns that are damaged or lost in transit.
Please allow 2 weeks from the time you send your order for your return to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.

DO I HAVE THE OPTION OF AN EXCHANGE INSTEAD OF A RETURN?
We are currently unable to process exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original item(s) for a refund and place a new order.
WHAT ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?
Clothing items that are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that your received them. Returns that are damaged, worn, soiled or altered will not be accepted and we reserve the right to deny credit for any merchandise that does not meet our return policy requirements.
Due to hygienic reasons the underwear and swimwear are ineligible for refund.
Please know that we do our best to pull out any defects we’re able to catch but because it is a human system, we always miss a few. Please email us, info@mamagamaworld.com if there is any issue with your order.
